Make it easy to help you
What to put in your message
- The full chain, in order. Source, everything in between, and the display — brand and model of each.
- Which bank you selected. LED colour and number, for example "green 3" or "white 8".
- What happens. Black screen, no audio, wrong resolution, works for a minute then drops.
- What you already tried. Other banks, a different cable, the source connected directly.
- Firmware version if you know it, and whether you wrote a custom EDID into a bank.
Half the answers on the forums are "which bank are you on?" and "what is in the middle?" — answering both up front saves a round trip.
